Cramping
Ok..this is my first pregnancy in 13 years and it comes after having a tubal reversal in Feb.....I found out last Thursday I am pregnant, three urine and one blood test positive..lol...anyway I an experiencing a lot of cramp like feeling and pressure in my abdomen, but no spotting or bleeding....is this much discomfort normal this early? Maybe 4 weeks.
its very normal, my uterus almost feels as if its about to burst or I'm getting a huge period and it should settle down, although it may come and go during your first trimester, some ladies have that feeling everytime that their period would have been due in the first trimester, congratulations on your pregnancy :)
It is I had cramping early on too. You uterus us growing & stretching to make room for baby.
