Don't listen to everything you hear, I eat all the chocolate I want and I drink coffee when I crave it and my baby is just fine. You could probably harm your baby more from stressing about eating chocolate than the actual chocolate itself

Everything is ok in moderation just have it as an occassional treat. Too much sugar and too much caffeine are bad for you and baby during pregnancy but some now and then doesn't hurt.

having caffeine is definetly not a problem but excess of it is a problem so just be a little careful how much caffeine you consume in a day.

The only real concern is the caffeine in it. Caffeine is in many different foods/drinks and it's important to limit caffeine consumption while pregnant. Just eat it in moderation.
