clogged milk ducts?

I'm 23 weeks I think I have clogged milks in both my breast I'm a FTM I'm not sure what to do don't want to go the the ER and spend a lot of money for no reason

Its like tender hard not the whole breast just like half (can't call doctor till tomorrow)

You actually can have a clogged milk duct during pregnancy try a warm compress and running hot water on them while in the shower also bring it up to your obgyn when you see them so they can help as well

Its prolly just tender breasts hun u usually don't get clogged ducts until after birth u can produce milk at the end of pregnancy but the production supply dont come till afterwards .. my breasts were extremely tender around that time it will ease up try warm rag
