What's wrong with herbal teas lol... in know personally if I have 1 cup I will end up drinking my weight in coffee so I cut it completely.  But that's just me.

March of Dimes advises women to limit their caffeine Intake to less than 200 milligrams per day, which Is about one 12-ounce cup of coffee. But all coffee has different amounts of caffeine In It, so as long as It's under 200 milligrams, It's fine. I personally don't drink It anymore (and I was a coffeeholic too) since I read that babies can't really cope with It like we can and any kind of caffeine causes faster heart rates and breathing rates and It makes them very active and crazy like and I juss feel bad for my baby If I do It lol. But It Is okay to have.

I am 35 weeks and have been going to Starbucks regularly during the whole thing and my baby is just fine I would say an occasional cup every once in awhile is fine!

I read a cup a day as needed. But it makes the baby go crazy as they also get a caffeine kick. So I would drink as little as you can and move towards none or adding tons of milk to dilute it.
