Make sure you keep within limit. Mountain dew even warns pregnant women not to drink it because its soo high in caffeine. So its not just coffee..its also energy drinks..fizzy drinks..etc. x
I was told to stay under 250 mgs of caffeine a day which depending on the coffee is between 1-3 cups ( 3 cups is its just black coffee ) be carefule of starbucks some of their big drinks have more than that in it
And that's all the caffine you should have all day. No sodas unless they're decaf.
Yes.. not a lot tho as you should limit your caffine intake while pregnant .. so a 8oz cup a day is fine
