I am about 5 weeks pregnant. How do all of u feel about drinking one cup of coffee a day in the morning?

I drink decaff while pregnant...not because of any other reason than for some reason I dont like normal coffee when I am, its one of my first pregnancy symptoms! If you feel worried then just switch to decaff, if you try a few brands, you'll probably find one that you like (most taste horrible!)

My first Doc Told me no but my second Doc has Told me it is ok your Body will tell you when its had to much of something

I've also drank coffee during my pregnancy. Lol.  I think it's fine

I think its ok. I used to drink cappuccino daily until I found out but now i make it rare just because its a personal goal. My doctor says drinking coffee lightly is ok!
