You can safely have between 200-300 milligrams of caffiene a day.  The issue is that babies are unable to metabolize the caffiene so it stays in their system longer and increases their heart rate.  One can of Pepsi has about 68 milligrams, one cup of coffee is around 135.  You should be just fine.

I cut out coffee when we started TTC & it was hard! But not bad now, no more withdrawals lol I like having something warm in the morning so I make hot chocolate & sometimes French vanilla :) my Dr never told me to cut out coffee just said cut back cause I had been drinking like 5+ cups per day

I drink a cup every morning, I'm having my coffee right now as I type this lol. My doctor said it's fine to have a cup every morning, I drank coffee with my first pregnancy and he's a perfectly happy healthy 2yr old boy. I just cut down to one cup when I found out I was pregnant. Happy drinking lol :)
