coffee

Is it ok to drink it,  i just got a iceberg its a coffee drink nd i just want to be on the safe side

Coffee is fine! Just try to limit caffeine. My dr says 200mg/day is ok

@kmommy it could just be the acid from the coffee is upsetting your stomach. It happens to me too.

I would love some coffee but my baby hates it!!! i have cravings for coffee and after i drink it i feel sick!!

ill be totaly honest, im 34 weeks and i drink everything from water to fizzy to coffee. my baby is completley healthy..i drink wgatever im in the mood for, i dont go by those rules!

I drink like a fool. Try mixing decaf and regular caff or they even make half caff coffee. I can't do it I have to have regular coffee I think drinking decaf is about as helpful as a submarine with screen doors

You can have one caffeinated drink a day:) however if your in your first trimester it's better to just not.. The risk of miscarriage from drinking caffeine in the first trimester is greater. Although there's probably plenty of woman who drank caffeine in their first trimester and were fine:)

Yes you are safe and I drink coffee daily. Every doctor has a different mg some ssy even up to 300mg is OK. I usually stay around 150-180

I'm not for sure but I think it's 150mg that is safe anything more than that will speed up the baby's heartbeat

I have had a 24oz coffee aalmost every other  day and baby is fine. I believe they say 3 8oz coffees are fine. I forget the actual mg of caffeine. As long as its limited : )
