Yea, the typical espresso shot at Starbucks has 75mg of caffiene in it. I was also told to that I can have up to 200mg per day. So if you get say a 16oz latte that has two shots, you're only at 150mg for the day :) You could also switch to half caf

200ml is how much a day. That is about the amount in an 8 ounce cup of coffee. So you can, but get a small one. He where I live we have a frapé called the bob marley and I would always get 2-3 shots in it. Since I have been pregnant I get 1 shot decaf.

My doctors have never told me no caffeine out of 3 children. Maybe limit it but never cut it out completely. There's nothing wrong.with a latte every other day or maybe daily, just drink water.throughout the day. I craved coffee with my first and i would get caffeine one day and decaf the next.
