Me to I have one a day or I replace it with a ice coffee or frappe lol but I did it with my last pregnancy and everything was okay I would drink a large frappe alot lol and it helps me stay awake for my son who is so energetic the entire day. But I sure do drink plenty of water. Your body will tell you when you need water.

It's fine unless your doctor says other wise. You are allowed two cups of caffeine a day! I drank coffee towards the middle of my pregnancy, but it made me sick every time :( sometimes I exceed the allotted amount of caffeine daily that you can have, my little girl and I are doing just fine! I don't really think it's that big of a deal, there are much more harmful stuff you should worry about and avoid besides caffeine.

I drink a cup of coffee a day. Theres a good chance the reason you are craving it is bc caffeine actually helps ease cramps and helps also with a lot of the pigament pains and stretching we experience while pregnant. Talk to your doctor. I was told as long as I didnt go overboard there is no harm in quenching cravings.  Above poster is right you have to be sure to keep up with your water too but the reason we crave things is bc theres something in it our bodies have identified as a need. :)

Hi there.  What does your doctor say about caffeine?  I had given it up before I got pregnant with my first so didn't really ask about any recommendation on it.

I know that I drank decaffeinated coffee and it quenched my craving for the flavor.
