What can you take for a coldslight sore throat or runny nose

Girl i just got over a strep throat and severe cold,.... fastest ive ever got better. ..i was drinking lots of hot teas , decaf with lemon slices and honey! Alot! G2 Gatorade.  Rest. Any food i craved cause your body knows what it's missing. I gargled with salt water a lot and made sure i ate alot gone in 4days!!!! Before pregnant id be sick four at least a month! Weak immune system. Now its weaker yet i healed faster!  My hubby is a dr so i did all they he did and i was amazed. No midecine no antibiotics. But i did use ricola throat drops. My obgyn said those are perfectly fine

I would call you OB to see what she suggests. It'll probably be easier. My OB gave me a list of what she approves.

My dr told me just tylenol. But i ended up just drinking lots of honey gimger tea and eating soup and take a warm shower

So adult tylenol medicine for cold long as it don't say D on it ?

Basically anything without the "D". Just avoid D things, like mucinex D, Claritin D and Sudafed D. Choose the plain versions

You can take Tylenol cold and flu. I believe you can also take sudafed
