I don't drink it all the time, but my sister and husband keep nagging me about drinking it when I do. Hey..... I have zero energy lately, plus... There's a gas station here in Florida, who's giving away free coffee for a few days.


Come on!!! Being pregnant, and see the word "free" you can't passsss!!!

The free thing ends Saturday, so... That'll be the end of my coffee kick... Til I go to Starbucks, and get a chai tea.

It's all about moderation when you get pregnant! Just don't do more than what you used to do and you should be fine.

Hahaha, free always tastes good. That's what I keep telling my husband and my sister....  Who are on my buttt bout having coffee. Lol. But, I read its okay... Just like one of the ladies said above... There's women who do worse throughout their pregnancy. (Poor babies)

Caffeine keeps me up. And I need to stay up. Ahaha.

I love Starbucks and I go at least 3 times a week but when I go I just get whatever drink I want decaf and I try to stick to a tall instead of the grande I used to have. There's no way I could miss out on those pumpkin spice lattes this year :).

Coffee is alright to have, specially when free is the price!! I'm very caffeine dependent and I'm trying soooooooooo hard to cut back on the Dr. Pepper!!! My dr knows and said as long as I have water and eat fresh fruit things should b just fine. One cup won't hurt tho

I live in florida too... All i drink is iced coffee from DD.But its not every day its like once every 2 weeks or so but excessive can be harmful

With my first born I could barely sleep. So I bought the bedtime story hot tea and drank 1-2 cups a night. They are little pyramid tea bags and you just put them in hot water. Add some sugar. It helped me sleep. It has chamomile in it. Plus it takes amazing. :) BTW. I'm in Jax.

We went to my sister in laws the other day and Bosnians drink tea & coffee all the time. So while they got a regular coffee cup I was drinking out of a little tea cup lol I haven't had coffee yet in my pregnancy except the other day. I drink hot tea though. But only when its cold. What part of Florida?

don't worrie I drink coffee too it don't hurt the baby at all , my doctor told me as long as I feel fine the babys fine, I mean come on now there are mothers that smoke weed, cigarettes, crack, ext when they are preggers and that's way worse than caffeine

It's fine to drink it's ! Just don't over do 1 - 2 cups a day is okay as logg as you don't have like 50 pints of sugar in it !

You can have like 8oz a day best way to get an estimate is to look at your coffee can to see the suggested serving size ...having 220mg of caffeine a day is not harmful

Just don't over due it, they say a cup a day is fine. I know how you feel though cause I am a big caffeine drinker anything that keeps me going it was hard to cut back but I am actually doing really well I treat myself now and then to a glass of soda. Make sure your also drinking a lot of water throughout the day

Wouldnt if be preferable to drink decaf (or whatever) the coffee thats caffeine free??

I drink coffee everyday. It's not harmful unless you are drinking over the recommended amount.

Having a cup a day is not a problem. But excessive use can cause low birth weight and other things no one likes! Drink coffee if you need it cause some people will get headaches if they don't (aka they are addicted and dependant on caffeine) I like tea more than coffee but I crave coffee sometimes and my bf is also very strict about coffee intake! At least he cares but we researched it and it's okay for me to have a cup a day or two small cups!
