I drank a cup through my whole pregnancy with my first, but my doctor told me no more than 12 oz a day and drink twice as much water

I was told not to drink coffee during pregnancy by my doctor!! Because it's not goo for the baby!!

I drink one cup a day, straight black coffee. Sometimes I'll drink one and a half. But i drink water a lot throughout the day.

I had that international iced coffee stuff here and there. Maybe a cup or two here and there. Not a big coffee drinker cus I need it really sweet, so for regular home made coffee I've had one cup.
