I drink iced tea once a week, but is say wait till your second trimester as the first trimester is most important

Look on the canister to see how many mg are in a serving and just keep in mind if you have coffee in the morning you should probably refrain from caffeine the rest of the day thats how I do it. Its easier then checking everything for its mg per serving

I'm not sure about how many mg's ..but I don't drink that much,  just a  small  regular cup of coffee like they sell in the stores

I did throughout my whole pregnancy however,  I did have a gestational diabetes scare since the daily coffee intake contained tons of sugar. Just monitor the sugar you use and youll be just fine!

That amount is good. Depends on how much you drink at one time.

One cup a day won't hurt you :) you can have up to 220mg of caffeine a day and still have a healthy baby. If I'm feeling down or tired out just plain out miss it I have a cup.
