coke withdrawals :(

I have a TERRIBLE headache this morning because i havent had a coke in over a week now :( its 14° out so its WAY too cold to walk to get one and hubby has the only vehicle. Omg i hate these headaches!!!! :(

Ive had the same problem. So I have been drinking Sprite, 7Up and Sunkist. I think I just crave the carbonation lol.

Lol...I thought you ment cocaine...gahh I live in an awful town lol. But yes, you can have a coke just try to drink 2 glasses of water fir every glass of coke and you should be good to go.

Its just the coke unfortunately. :( i drank tea yesterday so if it was caffeine i shouldnt have the headache. Im used to going several days at a time without caffeinebut once i go for several days without coke i get a headache until i get a coke. :( im fixing to try tylenol and a nap though!

Sounds more like a caffeine withdrawal. Try having a nice cup of coffee out cup of chocolate :) one cup of caffeine usually isn't too harmful!

i know exactly what your going through except mine was with sweet tea. my first trimester i was sick and couldnt drink it and i had the worst headaches, finally in my 2nd trimesater a i drinl a glass ady to keep the headache away.. good luck.. hooe it gets better

Drink lots of water and a half cup coffee with a tylenol, wont cure the craving but it will take the headache awsy
