Ultrasound help

I got a ultrasound Saturday and I should be six weeks according to my last period and when they did the ultrasound they didn't see anything and I'm so worried is this normal could I be too early or do I need a vaginal one

It was an ob it just a regular clinic I went through the e.r because I wasn't feeling well and this is my first pregnancy so everything is new to me he told me everything was fine but they didn't do a vaginal ultrasound just the regular one and didn't see anything

Did you actually go to an ob or just like a clinic, my ob the first ultrasound is always an internal one it's odd to me they would let you stay worried like that and not explain

I did an ultrasound at 7wks and all you could see was the sac, so they did a vaginal u/s and there was my baby or little walnut haha! I am now 10weeks! Have them do a vaginal one its too early to detect on the normal u/s..

If you're only six weeks and they didn't do an internal ultrasound then that is why they didn't see anything at six weeks it's so tiny most abdominal ultrasounds won't show anything at all and probably won't for another few weeks
