cold relief

Any tips or tricks out there to help fight off this cold i have? I've had it for about 3 or 4 days now, and my nose is about to fall off my face! Haha i just feel miserable and my bf has it too but can take over the counter stuff for his,and he tries to make me comfortable but being 40w 1d nothing works and sonetimes just makes it worse. So anyone have any advice or help for me? I need sleep, but between being so far along and this cold it doesn't work so I'll try anything. Or has it almost run it's corse?

Kill it with fluids! Dlo has it down lol! Get a vaporizer from walgreens it helps so much

I drank a lot of hot tea and water. Caffeine free tea of course. I also had soup with a slight spicy side. that really helps drain out all the guck in your nose. Honey and lemon tea worked the best for me. Literally half a lemon and honey. Just make sure the honey is pasteurized. Good luck and feel better :)
