water intake
I dont really like water but i know little one needs it so how many bottles of water should I be drinking ?
It's so hard trying to drink so much water when you're not used to it, but anything for my baby. Thanks ladies :)
I put a little lemon juice in my water the days it's hard to get enough down. I try to drink 12 cups/day.
I'm not a water drinker either so I buy those water enhancers without the artificial sweetner and I'm able to drink water with a little flavor.
I honestly maybe only drink 3 a day and baby girl is fine. I read eight 8 oz cups per day. So about 4 bottles of water a day.
