cole meds allergy meds

I need some help is there any meds safe to take for a cold i cant shake this without something im just getting worse.
Also anyone have allergies?  Anything i can take to help them.. i get ichy eyes nose rub the roof of my mouth raw bc of the itch. Headaches very bad..

Sudafed makes me sick i cant take it anything else. I saw on a mommy website nyquil/datquil is that true.  And benedryl jusr knocks me out so i cant take that.. i have taken aleve cold n sinus before i found out i was pregnant. But was pregnant at the time i know now but not then.. thats all that really helps me. When im sick bc its a cold and sinus all together the pressure sometimes is to much to take.

I'm from Australia and my doctor won't let me take anything. Now it's coming into spring in the next few weeks and I'm worried about allergies.

You can take benedryl, claritin and thing like that as long as your blood pressure has been fine and your not in your first trimester you can take Sudafed. anything with Sudafed in it like anything D as in claritin D or anything makes your blood pressure go up. I took claritin D my whole 2nd and until I was 36 weeks and then became pre eclampsic and wasn't allowed to take it anymore.

You can take: benadryl, claritin, Tylenol, and sudafed. I'm sick right now and taking all of it. It *****. Feel better!
