Are ultrasounds accurate in conception dates?

I am worrying so bad about this and need expert help please help
Im pregnant with a due date of October 14
my first ultrasound was February 25  herd a heartbeat and doctor said I was 6weeks 3days.  I had intercourse with a ex on February10
one time threw January up to now iv been with a current guy.
I found out I was pregnant from being really tired and sick February 19
took a test and it was positive. I wanted to know would Feb10 guy be
a possible option?

Hi!
If you were my patient, I would advise you that an ultrasound done at 6 weeks is accurate within 3-5 days either way (so altogether a range of about one week) Using the information you provided, I calculate your estimated conception date to be January 22.  This would put conception somewhere between Jan 19 and Jan 25.  I think the Feb 10 guy is unlikely to be the father.

thank you ms.brown if you can heres I more thing, I have an ultrasound in 3days to see if its a boy or gurl may29 ill be 20weeks if they tell me a date when I go is that one going to be accurate as well?

February 10 guys is not an option. You would have conceived in the next-to-last week of January or the last week of January.
