I had a miscarriage about 2 years ago, I'm now 6 weeks pregnant and I noticed yesterday that I was spotting a little... I'm so scared, do u think this is a sign of another miscarriage?
inform your doctor about this, any spotting during pregnancy is not serious wheather its light spotting.
avoid things that may harm to you and to your baby.
do a regular prenatal check up.
eat a balanced and healthy foods.
proper medications.
if sex is unecessary, avoid it.

It could be implantation spotting. I had a urinary tract infection that caused a little spotting as well. Don't fret too much I too had a miscarriage two years ago and am now 25 weeks and having a wonderful pregnancy. Best of luck to you.
Inform your doctor of the bleeding so they can properly advise you. The worst thing you can do is stress too much. Sometimes you can get spotting in beginning directly after a vaginal ultrasound or sex.
