cone biopsy?
Has anyone had a cone biopsy & delivered a baby since? I had a cone about 3-4 years ago.. my dr said I done need a stitch or anything but he said what I should be concerned about is not dialating because of scar tissue... anyone had any problems delivering after then cone?
My dr told me the length of my cervix is fine but that the scar tissue could make it hard for me to dialate until it breaks away? Idk but I don't wana be in labor for ever lol
Yes. I had that and a leep procedure done in 2008. They found out i had cin3. I had a rough pregnancy with my first in 2009. I got pregnant 5weeks after the leep was done. I dialated extremely early and lost my mucus plug early as well. But 5yrs later Im now 17weeks pregnant with my second and i haven't had any issues yet. They keep checking the length of my cervix thru ultrasounds regularly and so far so good. It is a concern though with the cervix after those two procedures but you have a great chance of having a good pregnancy as long as they keep checking you. Good luck.
