I was having the same problem early on in my pregnancy it was also an infection and the bleeding stopped when the infection cleared up. You should rest as much as possible to prevent more bleeding.

It could be related to your infection.  You have done everything you can at this point. If the bleeding gets heavy, you start passing clots, or you start experencing painful cramping, GO TO THE ER.  They mostly like ly wont be able to do anything if it is a miscarriage but they can do an ultra sound to check you out and follow up care if necessary.

You should probably rest up this weekend to be safe..  Try not to do anything too strenuous..  Puss Cells are white blood cells that gather around infections to fight off bacteria.

Infections due put you more at risk for a miscarriage... But the best thing you can do rightn ow is take your antibotics and stay in bed.  Try to relax, easier said then done.

I hope everything works out...  The bleeding could be a threatened miscarriage, related to the infection or old blood..
