I have had a few so far, one of them i woke up in the night with, one when i laid down to bed, and then a couple in the day.... but all in the last week... its common, you have more blood flow in your body and the tiny blood vessels lining the nasal passages are more fragile... so its perfectly normal...

Nose bleeds are common. So are bleeding gums. I haven't actually had a nose bleed, but when I blow my nose there's always blood on the tissue. Sometimes a lot, sometimes very little.

I have read that this is normal for the fact that you have more blood in your system now. I would only be concerned is if it doesnt stop. (is a continue flow of blood from your nose) If it continues and you are still uncomfortable with it...call your doctor...they will beable to tell you if you need to be seen or not!
