I'm also getting dizzy and part of it is from not eating enough, but another part is migraines. Never had them before being pregnant. Could be a variety of reasons. Make sure to ake care of yourself.
It could be from not eating but it could be your blood pressure too. Mention the episode to your OB when you go especially if it happens again.
I had this in the beginning of my pregnancy, bad.. and it was low sugar. My doctor told me to keep peanut butter cups/crackers on me so when I felt this way it would boost my sugar, also make sure you're staying very hydrated!
