Everyone is Havering there babies but me.Lol  i have 9 days to go. Due the 22nd. But on the 11th i lost my mucus plug. Been trying everything to speed it up lol. Sex, walking, spicy foods. Nothing is working.  :-( at my appointment i was 1cm dilated.(10th of march) i want to hold my baby boy already. Tired of being pregnant and so is my hubby. LOL

Start taking Evening Primrose Oil Capsules. So at least when you do go into labor, your cervix will be soft enough to speed up Dialation.

For Spicy Food, try Chipotle Mexican Grill. They have a pure spicy sauce (ask for an extra scoop). I told my Friend this and she went in Labor in the middle of the night.

I think to make the walking work you have to walk like a mile lol. Idk tho my friend ate like almost a whole jar of.hot sauce and walked and almost had her baby in the park haha.  Try harder!!!! Altho most the time they come as they damn please..Goodluck!:)
