constipated! need help

Im so backed up its not even funny. I haven't pooped for 4 days n I can't eat or I throw up. I feel it has nowhere to go. I've had milk of magnesia and a collace and prune juice n tonnnnnns of water n NOTHING!  HELP! wat else can I do? My head is starting to hurt n I feel pressure everywhere

Milk of magnesia or get a enema(which is a water bottle that you stick in your butt). You get the enema at a stop&shop, cvs, walgreens etc. When I was constipated I used both of those in the same day in a matter of 5 minutes after usage I went to the bathroom. Good luck!!!

I would go to the hospital, I'm pretty sure they will do something to help.

My nurse said the collace and milk of magnesia.  I literally jus threw up my prune juice n collace because I can't fit anything else in. My stomach is so hard
