Its not that you are not aloud to drink coffee or anything its just recommended that you don't because people over due it. My doctor told me I can have a cup of coffee a day and I will be fine. There really isn't much that you are not aloud to eat or drink its more that they recommend you don't so that you don't over due it.

Yes you are allowed 200mg of caffeine a day during pregnancy which is 1 regular sized cup of coffee. :)

This is kind of gross, but one day I was craving apple juice. I ended up drink most the bottle (64 oz), and the next day I was going to the bathroom just fine.

Have you tried any home remedies for your constipation? You could drink coffee, prune juice or apple juice to help loosen it up. Best thing to do is go buy a fiber mix & it'll help you go. If you're that backed up though I would recommend getting some medical attention before it becomes dangerous for you and baby.
