I am taking fiber pills right now but eating a fiber one bar everyday will help too. It started to work for me after 2 days. Try that :)

Oh honey I was constipated so bad and had to drive to Detroit for a wedding around that same week in my pregnancy. Hurt so bad and I almost had to go to the hospital. I had to drink water mixed with miralax my OB said it was safe. It should soften your stool

I still struggle with constipation and I'm 37 weeks. It's one of those lovely pregnancy side effects that no one tells you about until you're knocked up lol I find that fruit has worked the best for me, definitely try the prunes!

This is what works for me: take dehydrated prunes and put them in hot water. ..let them rehydrate,  eat them and drink the water when it's warm.  May take a couple cups, but it works!
