constipation!!!!!!! huh?????

I am SO constipated!!!!!!I mean it literally hurts when I use the bathroom, I may even bleed at times. I hate it because its bad. Any ideas what I can do to help this????? Please help me!!!!!!

I've been experiencing the same thing and yesterday I tried prune juice I filled a regular sized water bottle up and drunk most of it. I went to the restroom like within a hour with no bleeding.

After my first was born in 2012 I got 2 tears in my anal muscle, called a fissure, and it would hurt extremely bad when I went to the bathroom. It bled all the time and was excruciating. Drink an excess amount of cranberry juice, and take some laxatives. These can be found at CVS Pharmacy or Walgreens, and probably other stores if you look around.
