constipation relief?
I'm only 6 weeks the morning sickness has been horrible but on top of that I haven't been able to go number 2 in a few days I have been keeping enough food down that I should be needing to go but I just sit on the toilet and it's not helping the nausea case and the all... is there anything safe that I can take to get things moving along safely with out harming baby?
I just added the calcium citrate to my diet and it worked like a charm! It was may more gentle on my system than the other "softeners".
