Water and exercise are your best friends when constipated! Make sure to drink half your weight in ounces every day (so if you way 100 pounds, drink 50 oz of water) and walk walk walk! If it get really bad you can take miralax but I would try sticking to fruits, water an walking for a bit first.
My doctor said to take a stool softner with my parental and it has helped
Lots of fruits apples with skin raspberries strawberries any fruits really :) my mom and i discussed this today she used to tell me every time id grab a container of fruit of any kind that ill get diarrhea i told her today its not a bad thing because i haven't been going regularly lol I've been eating a container or two of raspberries a day and it helps so much i feel much better now :)
I have cocolate covered raisins when I have this problem it usually does the trick.
I had it bad for two months try some caffeine like coffee fixed me right up
Drink prune juice it works for me.
