How Many Weeks did U Start too Dialate

Yes. My Dr. said anything past 4 is considered active labor. But if I start having consistent contractions to go straight to l&d.

I didn't dilate at all at my 37 week check up. But at 38 weeks I was 1.5 cm. I'm 39 weeks tomorrow and getting induced!

My doctor said she doesn't check until ur due date or if u have contractions. Is there a way to ask them to check?

I didn't with my last pregnancy till I was 38 almost 39 weeks and that's was only to 1 cm and then .5 cm and then after I got induce at 40w&'4ds , I only dilated to 3.5 cm and stopped . I'm 33 weeks and 2 days with my 2nd baby and haven't dilated at all .

37 weeks today and had an appointment this afternoon and I am @ 3.5 centimeters.
