Ughhh I can't ever go to the bathroom and when I do I strain so hard to the point where I start getting sharp pains in my abdomen.....any other mommys experience this? And what helped stop it
When you are on the toilette put a stepping stool or potty chair or bucket under you feet and it really helps it was a life saver in the beginning of my pregnancy
My dr put me on a daily stool softener. It's safe and i can poop for the first time in 4 days
