I eat fiber bars. Those are great.
Things like brocoli, kale, collard greens, pears. Prune juice may give you the urge to go, but not soften you up. Which will still hurt. A lot of water helps too.
Pickles and pickle juice.
Raspberries are the fruit with the most fiber... about a cup of those help me. Fiber one bars worked almost immediately for me.
Prune juice. Exercise helps with constipation too
I took stool softeners. They are safe and they helped
Fruits high in fiber and water. I eat fiber bars a couple times a week too
