contractions??? HELP !!
How do you know the difference between contractions and braxton hicks as i am getting cramps and pains in my lower stomach. Sometimes so strong they wake me while im sleeping. Im 37+1
If they are regular and don't go away with a change of position or activity, I would call it real contractions. But if they are not regular and go away if you move, it's Braxton hicks
