contractions at 34+6

I keep having really strong contractions. This is my second pregnancy and I didn't feel my contractions with my first. These are bad, they feel like they're pushing the baby down. I'm type 1 diabetic and kinda worried. What should I do???

If you keep having them I would go in to l&d just to be sure your not in preterm labor. My doctor told me if mine get to 10-15 min apart for me to go in.

Call your doctor if they don't answer or can't do anything go to l&d you could be in preterm labor.

I went into preterm labor with my first at 35 weeks which I'll be tomorrow. They didn't do anything for me. Except morephine for the pain and then sent me home.  I finally gave birth at 37+1. My doctor just doesn't seem to care.

You should call your doctor, and go to the L&D... I had the same thing happen at 33 weeks and I had to get shots to stop the contractions. Good luck

They think it's braxton hicks and I've been told to stay off my feet. That doesn't help because I have contractions sitting down
