i just cant really tell ! i always have a lot of stretching pains anyways, but i was hooked up to a non stress test at my appointment earlier today & a lot of the pains i brushed off as pressure or stretching, or the baby moving oddly were actually contractions. i reallyyy think these pains are contractions but i've always been told "youll know when you have them", but these really arent very painful at all, not too much to deal with anyways

I would, and see if they get more and more intense, with my first I was 36 weeks and mine were 8 mins apart and not very painful to begin with, then they just kept getting more intense, not necessarily each one more than the other tho, but every couple of them it would get worse, and by the time i got to the hospital they were 3-4 mins apart and still not very painful but very intense, when they got to 2 mins apart, I was 3 cm and they were getting painful
