contractions? help

I'm in so much pain. Im only 31 weeks, my back pain just came out of nooo where, short of breath and a little cramping on both sides of my tummy.
I'm a ftm Idk what braxton hicks feel like. What should I do? What is back labor? Someone please answer, I'm a litle nervous

Yeah the discharge is normal. But you should go to L&D just to be safe. You could be in pre term labor. That's what happened to me at 30 weeks. Better safe than sorry.

The cramps aren't intense, just sharp pains on both sides. My mid to lower back is hurting like crazy tho. I am drinking water now, just laid down trying to calm myself
I will go if the pain gets worse.
Is it normal to have a lot of discharge before labor? Its not a crazy amount but I've been going to the bathroom back to back and noticed its a lot more than usual.

Braxton hicks is when your stomach gets really tight and hard like a rock. If you are having them. Drink water and lay on your left side.

If it pretty intense, I would go to er. Braxton hicks are like contraction but there false. If your contraction is every 3-5min apart then go to er asap. If your stomach tightening.? & back labor is also signs of labor. If your bk is hurting & cramping a lot try to take a warm bath, drink water to ease the contraction, & lay down.
