contractions or not ? ?
How do you know when your having contractions ? This is my first pregnancy. And I have been feeling pressure below my belly button and I'm having lots of back pain.
I think I was experiencing Braxton-Hicks contractions yesterday. They felt like really intense cramps.
Oh trust me you will know when your having contractions they arent a pain like in your lower belly they travel threw ur uterus and they hurt like a motherflower im currently in bed unable to move because ive been having contractions every 5 mins for the past 3 days they are alot of pain and you will know when your having them ..... good luck p.s im 36w4d
