HCG levels tripling every 48 hours

My first hcg test was 79 4w 1 day
48 hours later 2604w 3days
48 hours later 877 4w 5days


is this ok?? Is this a sign of twins? Downs syndrome? Molar pregnancy?
Trying not to worry...but im good at worrying

Could be a sign of twins but also could mean that your Lil one is healthy and a sticky bean. Congratulations.
