contractions ?

The last 3-4 days I've been having cramps and some on and off pain in my lower right back side and front (pelvic area) I was wondering if you girls think this could be contractions ? When it happens I lay down or sit but it still hurts.. ill be 30 weeks this sat. Since my doc changed my due date -_- from 9/4 to 9/14

I hope its doesn't happen yet but I can't help but feel like he might come early ): .... Have you done anything that makes you feel better ?

I've been having cramps too. What to expect says they could be mild contractions. Whether they make you dilate is another story.
