contractions

Hey guys im 40+1 and ive been having comtractions for the last 6-7 hours theyre around 7 mins apart for the the last 3 hours . . U called the hospital and they said its most likely braxton hicks and could go away. .my mucus plug hasnt come out and my water hasnt broke. .Has this happenned to anyone? im in so much pain and cant sleep its now 5.30am here. I just want it to go away if its bh or want to be in labour already :(

I had regular contractions with my son and my water didn't break they had to do it at the hospital cus when I got there I was dialated to a four so they kept me there

Try walking/ moving around during them, it could help either stop BH or just pain management if its the real thing. If they don't stop, go to the hospital.

If they're 5-7 minutes apart lasting 45-60 seconds long.. head to your doctor, sounds like true labor to me. Your water doesn't have to break and mucus plug doesn't have to be out.

I had regular and  consistent bh for about a week becore i went into labour. Its very frsterating and irritTing but u could always be in the first stages of lbour. Ur bh could trigger real contractions so watch for them to get more consistent and intensify as u get them. Good luck mama!
