39 weeks woke up today with really bad crampig I got up thought I maybe had to use the rr but no it will last about a min but soon after ill feel the pain again and stronger I felt like that all morning. They stopped for an about 2-hours then again but not as strong . Could it have been contractions or something else normal ? First time mom.. im 1cm dialted last checked tues. Help ?

Might be contractions. I only say this cause my sister had the same thing and then went into labor 20 hours later. Start timing them when they come
