im 32 weeks with contractions 10 mins apart ... this just braxton hicks it has been about an hour?
You should lay down on ur side with a body pillow or pillows between ur arms and legs. My mom makes me do that and Im 35 weeks. It really helps most of the time. Walking around and stuff will only make it worse and its definitely to early to be having that bby.
If it isn't painful, probably. Braxton hicks don't hurt. Try changing positions, laying on your side, walking, and drinking some water. Those things usually make BH go away, but wouldn't make preterm labor contractions stop.
