Thank you ladies! I've been having what I think may be contractions the last few days but I honestly don't know how to tell ... My boy has been moveing so much too. I was heard movement will.slow down if labor is approaching? I don't know how to tell what's going on.Lol

Usually no, but it's possible.  I was in labor for 5 days with my son,  Having contractions anywhere from 3-15 minutes apart and they were painful contractions so I couldn't feel him moving at all.

With my daughter,  my water broke,  and I couldn't feel my contractions cause they were very light even on the monitor,  but she continued to move around until the following morning when I had my csection and right before they wheeled me off for surgery she was kicking away,  and I was so thankful I could feel her move inside of me one last time :)

My friend said her baby stopped moving during the contractions but continued moving in between them.

They can. I get them all day every day and usually baby is still during them but sometimes she'll move.

I don't think so. You could ask your doctor, but I'm pretty sure they don't.
