I never thought I would be happy to feel really strong contractions. Lets hope my midwife tells me to come in I'm tired of being pregnant 8days overdue

Not to sound so X rated but I have 4 children and 1 on the way if you have sex the sperm makes you dilate and get in a hot tub and sit for like an hour after that do some squats throughout the day and hopefully something will happen

I'm waiting for my contractions to get stronger but they've been at a dull cramping for the past 3 days :/ but good luck I hope they admit you :)

I'm guessing either the tea Castrol oil or the epo or the sweeps I did yesterday helped
