Iv had 4 separate pains that where roughly 7-10 mins apart then for an hour I had nothing. They started again and I had 8 that where 7-10 mins apart for over an hour then nothing again. Are these the start or are they braxton hicks I am 38w 3d
Its basically pre-labor or "false labor". Your body is just practicing for the real deal. Its very close momma.keep an eye on the timing and intensity. BH contractions (well contractions in general) are what help move dilation along :)
If you believe that they are contractions call L&D that's the only way to actually be sure
Btaxton hicks. Those arent nearly consistent enough, nor do they come and go for an hr at a time.
