contractions ?
So I've been having alight contractions today as well as yesterday . the thing is they're so irregular . for a good two hours I can keep track and count them but them it seems like they kind of just fade away and then come back again and are able to be counted . sometimes they're painful in my lower back and feel like menstrual cramps but sometimes they're not as bad but I feel like my whole uterus is tightening up ?
I've tried walking to see if maybe that'd help keep them on track but it only works for a bit . have you tried anything , I'll bee 40+1 tomorrow
I'm experiencing the exact same thing. I'm 40+1 today i was hoping to go into labor today when i work up from contractions that lasted for 3hrs
