contractions????

Hi I'm 39 weeks and I'm my due date is in four days. Today around 4 i had sex second time in all my pregnancy I hate having sex when I'm pregnant but I've been having a lot of hip and lower back pain and I just can't wait to be done so I decided to try all the things I could to induce my labor already I didn't even finish because I felt pain and uncomfortable so I decided to take a shower after a while my lady parts were feeling really sore I figured it was normal but after an hour or so I started feeling a lot of pressure but brushed it off again now for the past half an hour or so I've been getting cramps that are mild in pain but are getting more frequent I suck at keeping track of the time but I'll say around 15 to 20 min. Could this be contractions already or my body is playing mind games with me?

Download a contraction counter app. If they get stronger and closer together I would go to the hospital. Not everyones water breaks before they go into labor (so I've heard) good luck! Hopefully the baby is on its way!
